Leader have a clear and focused explanation about his decisions and set the priorities for the business. He must have clear articulation about company- “why we do what we do”. This articulation about the purpose of the company, helps to motivate employees and it brings a confidence in them about the company’s future. The leaders have a big influence on the culture of the company, through their actions. Leader understand the organizational capabilities and accordingly they motivate team to sync with the organization’s purpose. The way leaders influence the organization helps the company to work towards the strategic growth. In this way company moves towards achieving its goals successfully.
