Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of affecting the visibility of a website or a web page in a search engine. SEO target different kinds of search, including image search, video search, academic search news search and industry-specific vertical search engines.
As an Internet Marketing strategy, SEO considers how search engines work, what people search for, the actual search terms or keywords typed into search engines and which search engines are preferred by their targeted audience.
Optimizing a website may involve editing its content, HTML, back-linking, etc. Promoting a site to increase the number of back links, or inbound links, is another SEO tactic. Social Media also plays a major role in that.
Instead of that we can write content rich blogs, and post those on our site’s blog section. Visitors can share them on social media and giving them back-linking to your own site. There is no need to use these tools and techniques.
But it allows limited accounts to be handled for free version, and again we need to pay for it to get more functionality.
Initially we feel that this won't cause any problems but there are issues like getting banned or doing over pinging that may not help our cause of SEO.
So what to do? Should one go for such quick result solutions, well no actually? Google is updating the algorithm for search engines frequently. It is really not worth it to get penalized from Google by following such Black Hat techniques.
Although traditional ways might be a bit slow to give results but surety of getting good recognition has a high possibility. One can really make a difference and add value to the knowledge out there and rest assured Google prides itself in recognizing good content and giving it good ranking .
